When am I eligible for benefits?
Most benefits, such as Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, are effective the
first of the month following 60 days employment. Other benefits have longer
waiting periods.
When can I schedule vacation days?
Employees that are hired to work 30 hours or more per week accrue Paid Time Off
(PTO) hours beginning with their first pay date. Employees can request PTO hours
after six months of employment. PTO hours can be accrued up to 1.5 times their
annual accrual.
What legal holidays will I be paid for?
We recognize the following legal holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
What are the company’s pay cycles?
All employees are paid on a bi-weekly pay cycle.
What other employee-friendly activities does the company have to offer?
Our employees are our most valuable resources. We believe that employee social
activities throughout the year aide in strengthening employee morale and
enhancing camaraderie amongst staff. Committees are developed to plan and
coordinate such events as the Employee Picnic, Pirate Game outings, Holiday Gala
and Service Awards Banquet, along with various Wellness and Safety Committee
launches.
